The Mission of The Freedom Center is to empower persons with disabilities to enable them to gain effective control and direction over their own lives, so that they may achieve and maintain their desired lifestyle within the community with dignity.

The Freedom Center assists persons with disabilities residing in Newark and Southern New Castle County, in making relevant choices in how they live their daily lives within the community.

The Freedom Center provides the Following services upon request of the consumer or Referring Agency.
