Their services include:

helping veterans recognize the signs of PTSD to prevent future problems with Substance Use Disorder

Helping educate the family on treatment options, available services, and help navigate the processes for veterans with SUD

Cultivating relationships with health centers/veteran hospitals by conducting brief screenings with a plan of action

Hope Street makes referrals and will help navigate the system for veterans with substance use disorder and guide families of veterans with a veteran in recovery

Most importantly, they want individuals to know: "You are not alone"

In addition, Hope Street hosts events like,  First Responder's because they value first responders and want to make sure they and their families feel appreciated for their service.

Background:

"We have been in your shoes and want to help guide you through this process."
Hope Street brings integrity to the health and human services arena in Delaware.
