Cultivating relationships with health centers/veteran hospitals by conducting brief screenings with a plan of action
Hope Street makes referrals and will help navigate the system for veterans with substance use disorder and guide families of veterans with a veteran in recovery

Hope Street brings integrity to the health and human services arena in Delaware. They have veterans that are in recovery who are willing to lend a helping hand during tough times for veterans seeking recovery. Safety and non-judgment are key environmental practices to successful recovery. Erin Goldner is the President of Hope Street. She is a member of various Behavioral Health Task Forces and is a member of the Philadelphia Leadership Council for Ashley Addiction Treatment Center. Her background includes a degree in Criminal Justice with a focus on the rehabilitative model. Hope Street collaborates with a variety of behavioral health, public safety and medical teams to ensure individuals and their familes are being cared for holistically. Hope Street values volunteerism and they are very active in their community, giving back to their children, supporting returning veterans and helping inmates who are returning to community are 3 pillars they focus on. Continuing to elicit trust and build synergy between service providers is what Hope Street believes will help people heal and live a life without symptoms.
