Mary Beth Griffin is a part of the Dover Air Force Base's Airman and Family Readiness Center (A&FRC).  One of her roles there is working on the employment team to assist transitioning service members, veterans and military spouses find employment.  Employment services offered are: resume review/editing and tailoring, interview preparation, career coaching, and workshop facilitation in employment subjects such as resume writing, federal hiring and LinkedIn processes. 

She is also part of the Transition Assistance Program team at the Dover A&FRC,  where she assists the Transition Manager in facilitating TAP workshops and providing one-on-one and group counseling sesssions and faciliating Transition workshops.   This team ensures that transitioning service members meet congressionally mandated career readiness standards and are fully prepared for their transition back into civilian life. 

Mary Beth is a Certified Professional Career Coach (CPCC) and Certified Professional Resume Writer (CPRW).  She is also certififed as Federal Job Search Trainer and Certified Federal Career Coach.  Before she worked at the Dover A&FRC, she worked for the Department of Labor providing transition and employment assistance to veterans and families for almost 10 years and held several jobs in Human Resources and Training for Department of Defense contractors where she actively recruited veterans and military spouses.
