Jen Hintz Eggers was born and raised near Newark, Delaware and earned a BFA in painting at the University of Delaware in 2008. In the following years, she participated with local art communities including Artistikris Studios, the New Wilmington Art Association, and Bellefonte Arts. Her work has been displayed in various locations in and around Wilmington including Cecil College, the Chris White Gallery, and Grace UMC. She is now growing her practice by participating in regional group shows such as Mythologies of Motherhood at the Susquehanna Art Museum in Harrisburg, PA. Currently Jen is teaching and building community through painting with the New Castle County Art Studio. She has a home studio and lives near Wilmington, DE with her husband, son, and cat.
