Gilda C. Jennings has been teaching and making art for the past 15 years as a second career. Gilda has taken numerous classes in various arts media by professionals in their respective fields. She has served the Delaware community in the arts as a board member, teaching artist, a volunteer evaluator for the Delaware Division of the Arts, and as a member of several arts organizations in the area.

Her teaching interests include jewelry making and cardmaking, although she has dabbled in many other art forms. She has won awards for her textiles and watercolor and acrylic paintings. In 2022, she completed her certification in the Creative Aging program and looks forward to continuing to work with seniors and people of all ages.
