Jane Campbell has had the good fortune to work and learn from artists and designers, makers and doers. Growing up in a creative family who moved from NJ to AZ to GA, Jane graduated from UGA with a DIY attitude, then moved to TN, then NY, and now lives in DE. She has had the opportunity to work for a fashion designer and photographer in Nashville; study and work at the Fashion Institute of Technology; and be inspired by the faculty, staff, and students at the Delaware College of Art and Design.  

Jane paints flowers, fruit, vegetables, and is inspired by gardens, local farms, and nearby parks and fields. She prefers painting from direct observation to quickly capture a transient moment while immersing herself in a meditation on humble subjects, sometimes joyful and at other times melancholy.
