About the Artist

George is a local actor, playwright, improver and director who has been a member of City Theater Company of Wilmington since its conception in the early 1990s. He has served sturdents in Theater/ Drama from preschool to college and adulthood. He is a trained Wolf Trap Teaching Artist, training Pre-Scool and Kindergarten teachers in Arts Integrated teaching strategies.

He has conducted numerous workshops and residencies, many through the Delaware Institute for the Arts in Education. George is an experienced improvisation actor and has lead workshops for students and adults in a wide vartiety of settings, serving diverse participants.

Pre-covid, George directed and acted in The Pub Plays for City Theater at The Grand Opera House as well as producing a play written by him. He has participated in remote productions with City Theater, The Grand and Fearless Improv.
