The Military Officers Association of America (MOAA) is a nonprofit veterans association dedicated to maintaining a strong America, and ensuring our nation keeps its commitments to all currently serving, retired, and former members of the U.S. uniformed services and their families and survivors. Membership is open to those who currently hold or have ever held a warrant or commission in any component of the U.S. Army, Marines, Air Force, Coast Guard, Public Health Service, or the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). MOAA is a grass roots advocate at both state and federal level on issues that impact all military members and the entire military family. MOAA does NOT support the election of any political candidate, and does NOT contribute to any political PAC Fund or Election Committee. MOAA is extensively involved locally and at national level in: Transition Assistance Services from military to civilian life; employment and job search opportunities; education and job training; scholarship assistance, financial planning, and banking services; veterans benefits and disability services; and surviving spouse and orphan benefits.
