We are looking for highly motivated people who would like to use their skills and knowledge to help provide quality education to high-need Delaware secondary schools in grades 6-12.

If you have a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher education and either a major or at least 30 credits (with a final grade of C or better), and an overall GPA of 2.75 in either math, science, English, or technology/engineering, then DT₃P can put you in the classroom as early as next fall. 

Candidates receive:

• preparation help in a summer workshop

• reimbursement for certification tests
