Founded in 1997, the Veterans Law Clinic is dedicated to protecting low-income and disabled veterans and their families through legal representation and advocacy. The Veterans Law Clinic provides free legal assistance to eligible veterans residing in Delaware who are appealing a VA compensation or pension decision. The Veterans Law Clinic also engages in community outreach, providing wills and other estate documents to low-income veterans, and provides limited representation to veterans in other legal areas including expungement, discharge upgrades and with other benefits.
