Sarah Mears, Prevention Coordinator for the Delaware Army National Guard, develops, establishes and administers Army-wide alcohol and other drug prevention, education and training programs. In addition, she manages the ASAP (Army Substance Abuse Prevention) program which aims to increase the readiness and resiliency of Soldiers and their Families.
