How can First State Aging Network?

We offer client centered support for those who wish to age in place. Some examples are:

- Guide clients and families through the process of aging in place.

- Assist clients with technology (cell phone, television, computers, etc).

- Connect clients with service agencies that are part of our trusted network. Our service partners include home care agencies, cleaning/organizing professionals, plumbers, handyman etc.

- Contact clients in person to help them remain living in their home safely. Our services can be as simple as check-ins to navigating more complex problems.

Our services are individualized to each client. We go to the clients home or a place where they are comfortable to meet their needs.
