Rosie Tooley, DRE, the Founder and Executive Director of LAZARUS Educational Services Inc., is driven by a passion for helping individuals achieve financial freedom through entrepreneurship.

LAZARUS offers an evidenced-based, comprehensive curriculum suitable for foundational training for all businesses. Our comprehensive curriculum has 22 self-paced courses divided into four sections:  Preparing Yourself, Knowing Your Business, Money Management, and Business Operations.  LAZARUS courses are offered both in person and now online as well, for those who require flexible study times.  LAZARUS also offers flexible payment terms and sponsorships for those who need it.   

LAZARUS empowers people through entreprenership!  We specialize in supporting veterans and justice-involved persons who desire to start successful businesses.  One of our first graduates was a veteran who is also justice-involved.  He is now well on his way to rebuilding his future and achieving his goals.

LAZARUS also offers KRE - Kids'R'Entrepreneurs Summer Camp in July, so entrepreneurial chilldren can learn business skills as well!  We have business training courses for the whole family.  We also offer an afterschool STEAM (science, technology, engineering, art, and math) Program for youth between 3rd and 8th grade during the school year.   LAZARUS has earned four STEM grants for our work in our first two years!

LAZARUS enjoys a strong network of collaborators, who are passionate about helping the underserved  lead fulfilling lives.
