The Delaware Air Force Base School Liaison/EFMP-FS Office provides education and special needs related services and supports to military-connected families and students of all service components throughout Delaware.  "EFMP-FS" is the acronym for Exceptional Family Member Program-Family Support.  The School Liaison Officer (SLO) provides all of the services for both programs. The SLO office is located at the Dover Air Force Base Youth Center, and the program works closely with Dover Air Force Base Child & Youth Services, the Airman & Family Readiness Center, community advocates, and local education agencies statewide.
