The Department of Community Services provides a wide range of services to New Castle County residents and visitors that will strengthen families and individuals, build social capital, improve neighborhoods, and ensure places and spaces to live, learn, play, socialize, and recreate.

Summer Youth Employment (14-20 years old)

Summer Camps: Half Day (5-12 years old) Full Day (7-12 years old)

Safety Town (4-6 years old)

Youth Sports: Winter - Baseball (all ages & skills); Softball (10-16 years old); Field Hockey (grades 1-8); Speed/Agility Training (all ages); Summer - Full Day Sports Camp (8-13 years old); Half Day Sports Camp (7-18 years old depending on the sport)
