helps Delaware taxpayers reach a workable solution with the IRS. Our taxpayers encounter issues such as Identity Theft that results in withheld refunds; Trust Fund Recovery that results in audits, levies, and liens; Inaccurate Audits that must be appealed; Earned Income Tax Credit audits and certifications; Representation in Tax Court, etc.
Outreach clinic reaches out to low-income and ESL taxpayers in Delaware with information about matters like free tax preparation services offered by our partners, the importance of filing and paying taxes on time, collection alternatives, etc.
