Shelley Hastings is the Founder and CEO of Synergy Empowerment Coaching, LLC.  Prior to starting her business, she was an academic advisor for Wilmington University for over twenty years, advising students on aligning their educational goal with their career path.  She was also a former national online LifeMap Coach with AARP Life Reimagined.  She has earned her Master of Business Administration degree, her Event Planner certification, and her professional credentials as a Certified Career, Executive, Business, and Marketing Coach.  She currently teaches for Wilmington University and Delaware Tech, and is also a Career Development Events judge for both the Delaware and National FFA Organizations.  She is a member of the International Coach Federation, the National Career Development Association where she holds the designation of Master Career Specialist, the National Academic Advising Association, the Middle Atlantic Career Counseling Association, the DelMarVa Chapter of the Society of Human Resource Managers, the Delaware ACE Women's Network, and the National and Dover, Delaware Chapters of the Military Officers Assocation of America as a surviving spouse.
