Senior Probation Officer 2 Dennis Desilet is assigned to the Dover Probation Office and handles all Kent County Superior Court matters for Veterans enrolled in the Kent County Veterans Treatment Court. SPO 2 Desilet also handles all probation cases for the Kent County Mental Health Court. Veterans Treatment Court matters  SPO Desilet retired from active duty with the United States Air Force in 2005 after nearly 27 years as a Chief Master Sergeant, First Sergeant. He and his wife remain very involved with Dover AFB and enjoy staying in touch with both active duty and retired Air Force Airmen. SPO Desilet has lived in Kent County since 1995 and considers Delaware home.
