NCALL's Foreclosure Prevention Education offers households an impartial review of the options available for preserving their home.  The possibility of a loan modification or other workout solution with the mortgage lender is examined in addition to other options a family has i.e. refinancing, DEMAP (Delaware Mortgage Assistance Program) loan application, sell of home.  With NCALL's assistance, families are empowered to make informed decisions about their housing future.

NCALL's Financial Education is facilitated through a partnership with $tand by Me offering free one-on-one personal financial coaching regardless of age or income to those working towards the achievement of financial goals.  NCALL's financial coaches provide assistance in all areas of finance, including budgeting, money management, savings, debt repayment, credit education, accessing banking and financial products, financial aid and long term planning for college, and assistance for financial goal preparation.  Classroom (CreditSmart®) and online (Ehome Money) learning are additional available options for financial education.
