My name is Gary Taylor and I am a VP of Mortgage Lending with Guaranteed Rate.  We have a Delaware Branch in Newark.  I am originally from Jacksonville, FL and we moved to Middletown DE in 2008 to embark on a new journey.   I am married with 3 children and we enjoy raising our beautiful children here in the Tri-state area.  We enjoy the people, the changing seasons, culture and the many activities in this area.

In my practice of Mortgage Origination, a few of the great quality I possess is exceptional customer service, excellent communication, strong attention to detail and ensuring a positive experience for all parties in a mortgage transaction: buyers, agents, attorneys and most importantly my clients.  In this industry we have become more of a transactional society, so not all Mortgage Professionals share the same values.  My priority is to ensure my clients receive second to none service, my approach is 100% about the client and not the transaction.  My core values are, “Integrity First, Service before Self and Excellence in All We Do” and this comes from my 21 years of being in the Air Force and Air National Guard.

 I began my Sales Career in 2000 as a Sales Associate for AT&T Wireless and transition to the Mortgage Industry in January of 2004.  I have helped hundreds of families with Purchasing and refinancing their homes.  Helping a First Time Homebuyer purchase their first home still to this day is an amazing event, helping a Veteran buy a home with no money down or servicing that experienced Real Estate Investor purchasing another home for their portfolio.  No matter what type of buyer you are, I have the experience and the Team to support you with your Mortgage.  I know what it takes to ensure you have a seamless and positive experience, I look forward to helping you and your family.
