The National Alliance on Mental Illness in 

Delaware is the state organization of the 

National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI). At 

the national level, NAMI is the largest grassroots 

organization serving individuals living with 

mental illness and their families and friends. 

NAMI Delaware offers an array of support and 

educational programs for families and individuals dealing with mental illnesses. 

These illnesses include: 

• Major Depression 

• Schizophrenia 

• Bipolar Disorder 

• Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) 

• Panic Disorder 

• Post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) 

• Borderline personality disorder 

NAMI Delaware provides housing, consumer and family support, education and advocacy.
