Description of Services: ProStrata Health advances healthcare professionals, including military personnel who service the health of Veterans, by providing high-quality professional development opportunities that will enhance their ability to provide excellent patient care and reduce suffering due to disease and illness. We also provide workshops for Veterans.
We conduct workshops in: Impact of Trauma on Veteran Families; Impact of Trauma on Children of Veterans: Trauma Informed Care; COVID-10 and Veteran’s Mental Health; Cognitive Behavioral Therapy; Veteran's Mental Health Care; Creating Supportive Clinical Encounters for Veteran's with Post Traumatic Stress; Allostatic Load in Veterans and Treatment Adherence; Culturally Competent Veteran Patient Care; Epidemiology of various diseases, morbidity and mortality and demographic characteristics; Health Disparities among Veterans; and Systemic Inequities and Veterans. We also work with clients on developing customized courses and workshops to address organizational needs.
Provider Background: Dr. Jennifer R. Warren, CEO of ProStrata Health, has been conducting professional development and community-based workshops for twenty-four years. She has consulted on programming and facilitated workshops with state governments, the federal government, corporations, and nonprofits.
She is certified in Infection Prevention and Control, Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19), World Health Organization; Adverse Childhood Experiences/Trauma Informed Care, London, England; CCP: Chronic Care Professional, Health Sciences Institute; and Tobacco Treatment Specialist (CTTS): University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, Tobacco Dependence Program. Dr. Warren is part of the National Society of Leadership and Success, Inducted 2020. Service Provider Background: ProStrata Health is currently working with the NJ Association of Hospitals to conduct a workshop on: Taking a Whole Person Patient Approach: Trauma-Informed Care among Veterans. We just completed this workshop with a homeless shelter focusing the content on homeless populations. ProStrata health design culturally relevant training using webinars, online instructional modules, and in-person workshops. The Center for African American Health Disparities Education and Research relies on our content to tailor to public health professionals. We are currently working on a mobile application for Veterans to address Veteran’s mental health during the pandemic as well as working on additional mobile applications to educate Veterans on various relevant health topics and to package and disseminate mental health services.
