Goodwill of Delaware & Delaware County is a 501(c)(3) non-profit that works to improve the quality of life for people facing barriers to self-sufficiency, through the Power of Work.

Our Workforce Development Programs are accessible to people from all walks of life, and are designed to support people in their (re)entry to the labor market, as well as to help people advance in their career development.

In 2020 alone we provided more than 15,000 services to individuals, and placed more than 700 people into employment throughout the region.
