1. What is a Promotional Image?
   
   Initially, your promotional image or photo is the image you submit with your Delaware Joining Forces application and should best represent you as an organization.

   Once a service provider is accepted to the Directory, the promotional image appears with the organization's name in the search results page and at the top of the Service Provider’s Profile page. It is the first visual representation a potential client has of an organization.

2. What type of digital media can I add to my Online Profile?

   • Images – in a high-quality, electronic format such as Graphics Interchange Format GIF (.gif) or Joint Photographic Experts Group JPEG (.jpg)

   • Written Documents – in Portable Document Format (PDF) or Microsoft word document (.doc) 

   • Audio Files 

   • URL's / Links 

   All images, written documents, audio and video files must be approved by the DCVA before being posted to your Profile page.

3. What is the digital media "approval process"?

   The DCVA reviews all digital media to make sure they meet the technical requirements and Commission standards. The time it takes to review and approve digital media will vary. You will be e-mailed when your digital media has been approved and has been posted to your Profile page. 4. How will I know when I can view my digital media content on my Profile page?
   
   You will be notified by e-mail when each piece of digital media has been approved and is available for viewing on the Delaware Joining Forces website.

5. How often can I update items in my Portfolio?

   Your digital media content can be updated at any time. Service Providers are encouraged to update at least one of their images or written documents annually. Keeping digital media content current and interesting is an important responsibility of a Delaware Joining Forces organization.

   When updating your digital media content, you must stay within the specified number of items. If you have reached the limit of permitted items, you must delete old items before uploading new ones to your Profile page.
